Some of us don't have a diagnosis. We are one. Scans, bloods, referrals, a leaflet that describes somebody else, and a doctor who looks at you like a crossword with a clue missing.
This shirt is for that. Laid out like a set of patient notes, reference still pending.

Who made it
I'm Jason. I walked around on fractured vertebrae for years before anyone found them, then had an L4/L5 fusion in 2024. I was a walking diagnosis long before I got one. My story.
The shirt
- Bella+Canvas 3001, the soft unisex tee most good brands use
- Colours: Olive, Heather Grass Green, Orange, Heather Orange, Yellow and White
- 100% combed ring-spun cotton (Heather colours contain polyester), 142 g/m², lightweight and pre-shrunk
- True to size, unisex fit, XS to 3XL. Unsure? Email me and I'll send exact measurements
- Front print in dark navy with a red line. Lighter colours can be slightly sheer
- Printed to order for you by Printful, usually 2 to 5 working days, then posted with tracking
- Wash inside out, cool, and the print lasts
