Two rooms. Sit in whichever one you can manage today.

Recovery is lonely in a specific way: the people around you often cannot follow you into it. These rooms exist so you can talk to people who can — either under a name you choose, or under nothing at all.

Open Table · public

The Open Table

Conversations anyone can read, posted under a name you pick. Milestones, setbacks, what worked, what didn't. Good for the day you want to be seen — or to be useful to someone earlier on than you.

You choose the name. It does not have to be your real one, and most people's isn't.

Quiet Room · anonymous

The Quiet Room

For the things you cannot put your name to yet. Relapse, debt, the thought you haven't said out loud. No name, no profile, no history — nothing that follows you back out of the room.

Nothing is attached to you. Posts here are not linked to your account, your order, or your email.

House rules

Short, and enforced. A room only stays safe if it is actually kept that way.

No numbers, no near-misses

No amounts staked, won or lost, and no talk of a specific bet, odds, site or app. For a lot of people that reads as an invitation, however it was meant.

No advice you are not qualified to give

Share what happened to you. Don't prescribe for anyone else, and never tell someone to come off medication or leave treatment.

Relapse is not failure here

Nobody is shamed for going back. The rooms are built on the assumption that most recoveries are not a straight line.

Nothing sold, nothing recruited

No products, no programmes, no referral links — mine included. If a post is selling you something, report it.

This is not a crisis service

Nobody here is on duty, and a reply might take hours. If today is dangerous, please use a line that is staffed right now.
