Everything sold in this shop is a printable PDF, made by one person in the UK. Here is exactly what happens when you buy, so there are no surprises.
Is anything posted to me?
Not from here. There is no parcel, no postage cost, no tracking number and nothing to wait in for. You are buying a file you print yourself.
The one exception is not sold here at all: the Gambling Recovery Journal is also a paperback on Amazon, printed and posted by them. If you want a bound book rather than a file, that is the one to get.
When do I get it?
Straight away. The download link appears on the confirmation screen the moment you check out, and it is emailed to you as well — at any hour of the day or night.
What emails will I get?
Two. First a receipt confirming your payment, then a second email with your download link. Nothing else, unless you choose to join the mailing list.
It hasn't arrived.
Check your spam or junk folder first — that is where it goes nine times out of ten. If you still cannot find it, email hello@stepintostability.com and I will send the file to you directly, same day.
Do I get what is in the photographs?
Yes. Every journal page shown in a listing is a real page from the file, exactly as it prints. The first image in each listing is the cover artwork.
What paper size is it?
You do not have to choose. Separate A4 and US Letter versions are both inside the same download, so print whichever suits you. Print at 100% rather than fit to page, so the wallet cards come out at bank-card size.
Do I need a special printer?
No. An ordinary home printer is fine. The pages have soft colour on the part openers and print perfectly well in black and white too — nothing you need to write on depends on colour. You can also take the file to a print shop, or write in it on a tablet using any PDF app.
How many times can I print it?
As many as you like, for as long as you like. If you fill a page in and want another, print another. There is no limit and no expiry.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, and the file is yours. Nothing renews, nothing expires, and there is no app or login to keep up with.
Will anyone know what I bought?
Your bank statement shows Step Into Stability — not the name of the journal. Nothing arrives in the post and there is no packaging. Nobody sees this but you. (If you buy the paperback from Amazon instead, that does arrive as a parcel — worth knowing if discretion matters.)
Can I get a refund?
If the file will not open, is corrupted, or is not what the listing described, email me and I will fix it or refund you in full. If you have changed your mind and have not downloaded it yet, email me and I will refund you.
Because it is digital content, the fourteen-day cancellation right ends once the download begins. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected, and the full detail is here.
Is this therapy?
