How it arrives
Every product sold on this site is an instant digital download. The link appears on the confirmation screen the moment you check out, and it is emailed to you as well. Nothing bought here is posted to you.
Separate A4 and US Letter versions are inside the same download, so you do not have to choose a size when you buy.
There is one printed edition: the Gambling Recovery Journal is also a paperback, sold and posted by Amazon rather than by me. Amazon's delivery, returns and customer service apply to that one.
Refunds and cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have fourteen days to cancel. For digital content that right ends once the download begins, and by downloading the file you agree to that and accept the loss of the cancellation right.
In practice: if the file will not open, is corrupted, or is not what the listing described, email me and I will fix it or refund you in full. If you have changed your mind and have not downloaded it, email me and I will refund you.
If you bought the paperback from Amazon, refunds and returns go through Amazon — I cannot process those, and their terms are more generous than mine.
What you may do with the files
Your purchase is a personal licence. Print any page as many times as you like, for yourself or your household, for as long as you like. Print pages for someone you are directly supporting.
Please do not resell, share or redistribute the files, upload them to file-sharing or print-on-demand services, or use them in a paid service, class or programme without asking. The words and page designs remain my copyright.
If you are a counsellor, support worker or group facilitator and want to use these pages with the people you work with, email me. The answer is usually yes, and usually free.
What these journals are not
They are journals, not treatment, and they are not a substitute for medical, psychological or financial advice. A journal is no substitute for help.

Privacy, briefly
Orders are processed by Shopify and payments by Shopify Payments or PayPal; I never see your card details. If you join the email list you can unsubscribe from any email, and I do not sell or share your address. The full detail is in the privacy policy linked in the footer.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. The price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
