All of our products are instant digital downloads — printable PDFs delivered straight to your inbox after checkout. Because the file is available to you immediately, all sales are final once your download link has been issued.

If something's gone wrong

If your file won't open, arrives corrupted, or you were sent the wrong item, contact us at hello@stepintostability.com and we'll make it right — either with a replacement file or a full refund, whichever fits.

If you haven't downloaded yet

If you change your mind before opening your download link, get in touch and we'll be reasonable about it.

EU and UK customers

Under EU and UK consumer law, the right to cancel an order does not apply to digital content once downloading has begun, provided you agreed to this at checkout. By completing your purchase, you agree that your download will begin immediately and you waive the standard 14-day withdrawal period for this reason.
