Everyone says they're built different. Most of the people I know who actually are got there the hard way. Something broke first: a back, a body, a mind, a life. Then they put it back together, slowly, with nobody clapping.
For years I worked as an engineer on a spine that was fractured and nobody knew. It ended in major surgery. I'm not the same build I was, and I've stopped pretending that's a weakness.
From the front it's two words across the chest. The back says the rest, starting with a line any engineer will recognise: Factory settings: cracked.
Why people wear it

Who made it
I'm Jason. I spent years working around the world on undiagnosed spinal fractures, and carried the pain in ways that cost me a lot. My story.
The shirt
- Bella+Canvas 3001, the soft unisex tee most good brands use
- Seven colours: Black, Black Heather, Oxblood Black, Red, Forest, Military Green, Heather Grass Green
- 100% combed ring-spun cotton (heather colours contain polyester), 142 g/m², lightweight and pre-shrunk
- True to size, unisex fit, XS to 3XL. Lighter colours are slightly sheer
- Gold BROKEN FIRST on the chest, the full line on the back
- Printed to order for you by Printful, usually 2 to 5 working days, then posted with tracking
- Wash inside out, cool, and the print lasts
