For anyone who's been taken apart and put back together. A new hip or knee. Plates and screws in an ankle, wrist or leg. Pins, rods, a spinal fusion. If you've ever set off the airport scanner and had to explain, this one's yours.
After my own surgery it was easier to make a joke of it than explain it every time. Freight-crate stencil lettering in dark ink with a red inspection stamp, printed on the front.

Who made it
I'm Jason. I worked for years on fractured vertebrae nobody had found, then had an L4/L5 fusion in 2024. I contain metal parts. My story.

The shirt
- Bella+Canvas 3001, the soft unisex T-shirt most good brands use
- Two colours: Natural and White
- 100% combed ring-spun cotton, 142 g/m², lightweight and pre-shrunk. Light colours can be slightly sheer
- True to size, unisex fit, XS to 4XL. Size guide below
- Stencil print on the front

- Wash inside out, cool, and the print lasts
